Solemn Mass of Thanksgiving for 25th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood
of Fr. Marcos C. Velásquez, Pastor
Thank you! ¡Muchas Gracias!
Thank you to everyone who helped, planned and organized the celebration of my 25th Priesthood Ordination Anniversary. I am truly grateful for the love and support of my family, my parishioners, friends and my brother priests who attended the Mass and reception. It was truly great to see everyone worshiping the Lord Jesus at Mass and enjoy one another's company during the reception. I pray that I will be made worthy to continue to serve as pastor of Our Lady of Grace Parish for many more years to come, if the Lord wills it. Thank you all very much. -- Fr.
-- Fr. Velásquez

PRAYER FOR THE END TO ABORTION
Friday, November 21st - 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: On Hwy 347 in front of Basha's, next to Circle K
Our purpose is to bring awareness to the reality of Abortion. It’s crucial that we pray and stand against the powers of darkness over our land that have given us the present “culture of death.” Simply come and stand in peaceful solidarity at the corner for an hour on Fridays. Bring your sign if you have one, to witness to and help educate a public that is sorely lacking the Truth that abortion is a great evil that defames the name and holiness of God. It is not an easy thing to witness to the truth of abortion. The media continues to treat those who oppose abortions as extremists and mindless zealots. However, considering the scope of the evil that plagues our countries, it is vital that pro-lifers speak up, because if they don’t speak up, no one else will.
Please contact Ann Bunn at 717-495-0222 for more information. Thank you in advance for your participation.
What is it that God is asking you to do with your life?
Are you discerning your "call" in life, your vocation?
Have you ever thought of being a priest?
Diocese of Tucson Vocations Prayer
Loving and generous God, we need more vocations to the priesthood. Send us faith-filled servants to minister as dedicated and loving priests in the Diocese of Tucson.
Inspire us with your Holy Spirit so that we will encourage and foster a culture of vocations in which many will hear your call to serve your people.
Bless our Diocese with men and women who will work together with your priests as deacons, religious, and lay ministers to bring to life the Gospel and to realize the Church’s mission in our Diocese. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
