Parish Registration
Have you registered with Our Lady of Grace Parish? Registration
Forms may be obtained at the parish office or by downloading the forms
from our website. Registration is important; it helps us in planning
for the growth and development of the parish. The Religious Education
program for the children is developed based on the number of families
who attend the parish. Registration helps us to plan for future growth
(new church, school, parish-activity center, etc.). There are two forms
that need to be filled out:
1) Family Form and
2) Member Form (to be
filled out for each member of the family).
