Parish Registration Forms

Have you registered with Our Lady of Grace Parish?  Registration Forms may be obtained at the parish office or by downloading the forms from our website.  Registration is important; it helps us in planning for the growth and development of the parish.  The Religious Education program for the children is developed based on the number of families who attend the parish.  Registration helps us to plan for future growth (new church, school, parish-activity center, etc.).  If your family has more than five members, please use a second form for the additional members.

Often people may attend Mass for several years, but never register. Registering in a parish is a declaration of your desire to be part of a Catholic community and to make a commitment to the life of Our Lady of Grace Parish community. Being a registered parishioner makes the process much easier when it is time for weddings, infant baptism, or religious education registration, when asked to be a baptismal or confirmation sponsor, and even funerals. A registered parishioner receives all parish mailings and emails. Church law advises that territories or boundaries no longer limit parish registration. Our Lady of Grace Parish accepts anyone who wants to share in the life of the parish regardless of where they live. However, the Diocese of Tucson advises that you may only choose one parish as your home parish. You may be active at as many parishes as you would like, but please choose only one parish as your home parish which will be your parish of registration.
